Description

  • Develop and manage client relationships within command and control, operations center, and mission-critical markets.
  • Drive new business development while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Identify client needs and propose customized AV solutions focused on command and control systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the audiovisual industry.
  • Strong background in A/V systems with a focus on command and control environments such as operations centers, NOCs, SOCs, emergency response, defense, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of AV technologies including video walls, signal processing, control systems, and visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively 50–75% across the West Coast and other regions as required.
  • Existing client relationships within defense, public safety, utilities, or enterprise command and control markets preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturers and technologies commonly used in control room solutions such as Barco, Christie, Planar, Crestron, and Extron preferred.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and government or enterprise procurement processes preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000–$120,000 per year.
  • Commission and OTE on top of base salary.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to travel extensively for customer sites and industry events.
