Description

  • Own production and material planning using finite scheduling tools and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Manage on-time delivery, lead times, promise-date accuracy, material availability, and service levels.
  • Lead purchasing, supplier performance management, replenishment, and escalation of supply risks.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, Kanban levels, safety stocks, and fulfillment planning.
  • Lead weekly S&OE, monthly SIOP, capacity planning, and alignment of demand, supply, inventory, and service objectives.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, product management, customer service, procurement, logistics, and other partners.
  • Support product launches, promotions, new product introductions, product transitions, and value-engineering initiatives.
  • Drive process standardization, system adoption, finite scheduling improvements, continuous improvement, and supply chain visibility.
  • Build and develop a multi-site supply chain team and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Travel up to approximately 35% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Experience building and leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
  • ERP experience with finite scheduling, operations, and master data.
  • Demonstrated experience with S&OE, SIOP, capacity planning, and cross-functional manufacturing decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, technology, and digital solution skills.
  • Ability to recruit and develop high-performing manufacturing teams and lead remotely.
  • Familiarity with logistics, Lean, and continuous improvement; APICS certification preferred.
