Description

  • Own the vision and strategy for Later Influence, connecting brands, creators, and commerce through AI and proprietary data.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through MVP, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
  • Improve influencer campaign workflows across planning, kickoff, creator discovery, vetting, collaboration, payments, reporting, and insights.
  • Partner with the CPO and cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align product strategy with company goals.
  • Define, monitor, and report progress against key product and business metrics, including campaign delivery, creator earnings, and revenue.
  • Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing product team across Product Management, Product Ops, and Design.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Creator Network, and peer product leaders to support go-to-market, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Advance the platform’s AI capabilities in partnership with data and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize features and investments based on outcomes, ROI, product-market fit, and data.
  • Represent Later Influence externally with customers, analysts, partners, and PR.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-led businesses, including 5+ years in senior leadership owning full product lines.
  • Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS or marketplace-platform products, ideally in influencer marketing, creator economy, social, or commerce-adjacent AdTech/MarTech.
  • Strong ability to turn customer and market insights into product strategy and revenue growth.
  • Comfort with metrics such as ARR/ACV growth, churn, LTV/CAC, and conversion funnel performance.
  • Experience using analytics and visualization tools to support data-driven decisions.
  • Strong experience building and scaling product teams and processes in high-growth companies.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including working with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales.
  • Demonstrable experience experimenting with AI across the product management lifecycle, including internal tools and customer-facing prototypes.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or creator economy is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast iteration in a scale-up environment.

  • Total cash compensation range in Canada: $275k–$325k.
