Description

  • Define and execute the Walmart Connect channel strategy, including campaign structure, budget allocation, and testing roadmap.
  • Own hands-on campaign execution across Walmart Connect, including setup, trafficking, optimization, and pacing.
  • Build and manage campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP as applicable.
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns against ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and identify root causes using data.
  • Develop channel-specific playbooks for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and surface insights.
  • Partner with the Head of Paid Media and cross-functional teams to support integrated campaign execution.
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Lead training materials and enablement sessions to upskill internal media buyers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media.
  • Direct hands-on experience in retail media networks, with Walmart Connect strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing campaigns directly in-platform.
  • Strong understanding of retail media KPIs, attribution models, and optimization levers.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy.
  • Experience creating playbooks, training materials, or upskilling internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership and accountability.
  • Experience with other retail media networks such as Amazon Ads or Target Roundel is a plus.
  • Agency experience managing multiple campaigns or clients is a plus.
  • Experience working in client-facing environments is a plus.
