Description

  • Craft outcome-driven influencer marketing and social media strategies for existing and prospective accounts to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop new business proposals with research, insights, campaign concepts, creator examples, and outcome expectations.
  • Partner with Account Management and Services to prepare Strategic Business Reviews for accounts paying Later $50,000 or more per year.
  • Build and maintain best practices for influencer marketing and social media marketing across industry verticals, platforms, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain industry performance benchmarks such as CPE, CPM, and engagement rate by vertical and platform type.
  • Collaborate with strategy, sales, account management, services, marketing, and product teams to align on account strategies, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve expertise.
  • Support accounts in ways that unlock direct and indirect revenue impact for Later.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with expert-level knowledge of influencer marketing and social media marketing.
  • Proven success creating and delivering influencer strategies for enterprise-grade B2C consumer brands.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic, creative, customer-centric, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and collaboration tools such as GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing, social media management, and affiliate marketing software.
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.

  • $145,000 - $160,000 USD OTE salary range.
