Description

  • Own the delivery side of the product, including the client relationship and work pipeline.
  • Keep teams unblocked and maintain healthy backlogs.
  • Translate client vision and needs into clear, executable work for engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and client stakeholders to shape and deliver scoped work.
  • Ensure work is well-defined, appropriately scoped, and lands as intended.
  • Maintain day-to-day momentum across distributed teams and competing priorities.
  • Make and defend product decisions when information is incomplete.
  • Keep delivery moving without adding unnecessary process.

Requirements

  • Strong product instincts and the ability to make and defend decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience working with clients to understand needs and translate them into executable work.
  • Ability to keep delivery moving without over-process.
  • Experience working on distributed teams across time zones.
  • Ability to maintain momentum across competing priorities.
  • Comfort collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and client stakeholders.
  • Salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.
  • Must be able to work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • This role is represented by a union.
