Description

Lead the core commerce platform strategy and execution, delivering scalable solutions with direct business impact.
Own the commerce domain end to end, including catalog, cart, pricing, checkout, payments, order lifecycle, and post-purchase experiences.
Build foundations for AI-driven and automated commerce experiences, including flexible capabilities through APIs and agentic shopping experiences.
Develop and scale internal commerce platforms and tools that improve operational efficiency across Growth, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Data teams.
Partner with Engineering and Data teams on system architecture, integrations, scalability, API contracts, and operational infrastructure.
Translate complex operational and business needs into scalable systems, workflows, and product capabilities.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment while balancing competing business needs.
Plan and manage engineering sprints to maximize value for customers and the business.
Define the scope of features and initiatives and clearly communicate the rationale behind product decisions.
Identify opportunities to use automation, AI-driven operational tools, and emerging agentic tools to improve the commerce ecosystem.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex ecommerce or platform products.
Deep experience with ecommerce customer journeys, including catalog, cart, checkout, payments, fulfillment, order lifecycle, and post-purchase experiences.
Proven experience building and scaling complex internal platforms, operational systems, and business-critical processes in high-scale environments.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, balance competing priorities, and drive prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to translate operational complexity into scalable product solutions.
Experience with AI is required; experience with agentic commerce is a major plus.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, scalability, and data-driven products.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing leadership and driving alignment across the organization.
Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience defining KPIs, measuring impact, and driving continuous optimization.
Proficiency in English and experience working across global teams.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or custom commerce infrastructures is a major plus.
