Description

Run technical discovery with CTOs and other stakeholders to understand application ecosystems and hosting needs.
Create high-fidelity solution designs and cost estimates for prospective customers.
Lead demos and architecture deep-dives that demonstrate performance and security at scale.
Own evaluations and production pilots, including provisioning trial environments and benchmarking data.
Coach customer teams through a smooth production rollout.
Translate technical outcomes into business ROI and support the buying journey with leadership.
Manage security reviews and procurement hurdles in partnership with the AE.
Turn field feedback into actionable product input for Product and Engineering teams.
Represent Laravel in the community through events, technical writing, and livestreams.
Build tools and processes that help scale the sales operation and make the function repeatable.

Requirements

Practical engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
Experience working with AWS and understanding deployment and API design.
Strong cloud architecture knowledge, including networking, high availability, and database tuning.
Ability to whiteboard complex systems and review prospect code live with confidence.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-first mindset focused on long-term value rather than closing a deal quickly.
Team-oriented approach with experience supporting sales partners and collaborating with Product and Engineering.
Startup agility and willingness to travel to meet customers or attend conferences.
Experience navigating ambiguity in an early-stage or build-phase environment (preferred).
