Description

  • Define and evolve the company-wide architecture and technology vision.
  • Establish architectural principles, standards, and reusable building blocks.
  • Drive adoption of architecture standards across teams through collaboration.
  • Contribute to global reference architecture initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor more than 50 engineers across multiple teams and tribes.
  • Support senior developers and tech leads in making architectural trade-offs.
  • Advise on complex cross-team technical initiatives as a trusted partner.
  • Influence change without formal authority.
  • Improve platform scalability, stability, and maintainability for large technical initiatives.
  • Assess the technical and leadership capabilities of senior engineers and support hiring for senior technical roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing complex software solutions and delivering high-quality software systems, preferably SaaS services.
  • Proven architecture design and documentation experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully re-architecting existing systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
  • Deep experience with REST APIs and documenting REST endpoints.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architectures.
  • DevOps experience with CI/CD, automated pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to drive change and influence without authority.
  • Excellent presentation and data visualization skills for senior leadership and development teams.
  • Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Very good knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and GCP, preferred.
  • Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, a plus.
  • Experience with AI-enabled development, a plus.
