Description

  • Identify, mitigate, and close cybersecurity risks and gaps across IT systems.
  • Lead strategic IT security projects and maintain ISO 27001, SOC2, regulatory, and audit compliance.
  • Oversee software, hardware, infrastructure, networks, and core business applications.
  • Create, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, business rules, and security controls.
  • Establish service-level agreements and optimize user and technical support operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align IT priorities with business needs.
  • Lead the IT team and promote accountability, security awareness, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage IT risk, compliance, and security practices while improving the maturity of the IT function.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IT security systems, vulnerabilities, and remediation approaches.
  • Experience working across Microsoft and Google environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, risk management, compliance management, and audit processes.
  • Ability to manage teams and projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated record of improving workplaces beyond core responsibilities.
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of COBIT or ITIL governance frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams and implementing scalable IT support, infrastructure, and service-desk improvements (preferred).
