Description

  • Provide daily support to consultants by answering questions, handling requests, and helping them get up to speed.
  • Set up the systems, assets, and operational groundwork needed for projects to start.
  • Manage customer system registrations and ensure compliance with clients’ administrative requirements.
  • Review new project contracts, NDAs, travel insurances, and certifications, and flag potential risks.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks across finance, administration, IT, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain scalable operational processes and systems.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and drive improvement initiatives across the Operations team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and other departments to improve workflows.
  • Create or improve standard operating procedures and structured solutions for repetitive work.
  • Support the development of yourself and help educate the broader team.

Requirements

  • Experience or interest in an operational or support role, including contributing to operational processes.
  • Ability to automate manual tasks using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.
  • Daily use of AI tools to streamline work and increase effectiveness.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Methodical, thorough approach with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture and break problems into actionable steps.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • High self-agency, ownership, and the ability to work autonomously in a fully distributed global team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Engineering, science, or business degree, or recent graduate status, is a good fit.
  • Assertive communication and ability to influence peers and senior leaders are preferred.
  • Experience creating high-quality SOPs and scalable, repeatable solutions is preferred.
