Description

  • Proactively identify and engage construction teams across LATAM to generate high-quality opportunities.
  • Conduct cold outreach, including cold calls, to break into hard-to-reach accounts and earn first conversations.
  • Own early-stage opportunities and help move them into meaningful commercial discussions.
  • Refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies based on market feedback from LATAM.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on target accounts and feedback loops.
  • Help shape how Shape is positioned in the LATAM construction market and build relationships with industry players.
  • Contribute to building and improving outreach processes and systems as the company scales its SDR engine.
  • Share best practices, learn continuously, and support the development of the broader growth function.
  • Support the adoption of Shape’s technology by translating customer needs into actionable sales insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in both SDR and AE roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or construction tech is preferred.
  • Strong confidence and comfort with cold calls and cold outreach.
  • Ability to own conversations beyond top-of-funnel lead generation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both construction teams and senior business leaders.
  • Humanistic, empathetic approach to relationship building across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Experience closing deals or supporting later-stage sales conversations is preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling sales processes in new regions is a key advantage.
  • Experience or interest in mentoring or coaching others as the team grows is a plus.
