Description

  • Lead technical architecture and solution design for scalable software systems.
  • Oversee backend development using .NET Core, microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and distributed systems practices.
  • Design and govern event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, and asynchronous communication patterns.
  • Review and improve system performance, scalability, database efficiency, caching, and service availability.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, including SOLID principles, design patterns, secure coding, testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and career development support.
  • Conduct technical interviews and provide hiring recommendations for engineering candidates.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Frontend Developers, Mobile Developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical planning and estimation by assessing effort, identifying risks, and supporting delivery execution.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and development practices.
  • Oversee security and compliance implementations, including authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with .NET technologies and C#.
  • 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or technical initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in .NET Core, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and scalable system design.
  • Expert knowledge of Entity Framework Core and MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and database optimization.
  • Strong experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka.
  • Solid experience with authentication and authorization frameworks including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, GOF design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, APIs, gRPC, and distributed communication protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating engineering talent.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
