Description

  • Execute targeted link-building strategies across approximately 50 client accounts.
  • Analyze client and competitor backlink profiles to identify attainable, high-value opportunities.
  • Develop target-page, anchor-text, prospecting, and monthly link-acquisition plans.
  • Research relevant websites, organizations, directories, associations, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Write personalized outreach, manage follow-ups, build relationships, and coordinate backlink placements.
  • Secure, verify, and monitor live backlinks while prioritizing relevance and quality.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align backlink efforts with priority pages and new content.
  • Maintain records of prospects, outreach, backlinks, referring domains, anchor text, and target pages.
  • Report campaign progress, referral-domain growth, referral traffic, and relevant ranking changes.
  • Improve link-building workflows and tracking systems while following white-hat SEO practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO link building, off-page SEO, or digital PR.
  • Proven ability to research, evaluate, and secure high-quality backlinks.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, competitor backlink analysis, and link-acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with outreach, relationship building, and local SEO.
  • Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools.
  • Strong research, organization, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple client campaigns, deadlines, and ongoing outreach.
  • Experience at an SEO or digital marketing agency (preferred).
  • Experience building links for local service businesses, digital PR, editorial outreach, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO workflow automation (preferred).
