Description

  • Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, templates, rules, and automations.
  • Create and update reusable project templates for recurring initiatives.
  • Monitor task progress daily to keep deadlines, deliverables, and due dates on track.
  • Audit projects for overdue tasks, missing assignees, incomplete details, and stalled work.
  • Follow up with task owners, escalate blockers, and enforce accountability for timely completion.
  • Coordinate deliverables and task handoffs across departments to keep projects aligned.
  • Track cross-functional dependencies and help resolve bottlenecks across teams.
  • Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.
  • Provide recurring project status updates, including overdue tasks and potential risks.
  • Assist with SOP creation, workflow documentation, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles.
  • 2+ years of professional experience using Asana preferred.
  • Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and rules/automations in Asana.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and accountability skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the eCommerce landscape is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced remote environment and supporting cross-functional teams.
