Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through first-day readiness.
  • Use Deel to manage onboarding workflows, contracts, compliance documents, and international hiring processes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, payroll, and People teams to ensure onboarding steps are completed on time.
  • Prepare, collect, and track employment documentation, agreements, and compliance forms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Schedule onboarding sessions, orientation meetings, and training as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Support international employee and contractor onboarding through Deel.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing documentation or pending tasks.
  • Help improve onboarding processes, templates, and internal documentation while maintaining confidentiality and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, onboarding, or employee lifecycle support.
  • Hands-on experience using Deel.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and HR documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, Google Workspace, and communication tools such as Slack.
  • Experience onboarding international employees or contractors (preferred).
  • Familiarity with remote-first or distributed team environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation across multiple regions (preferred).
  • Experience with payroll, benefits coordination, or broader People Ops processes (preferred).
