Description

  • Analyze Amazon brand performance using business reports, advertising data, API feeds, and third-party tools.
  • Identify gaps in revenue growth, conversion, traffic, catalog structure, inventory efficiency, advertising efficiency, and competitive positioning.
  • Populate and deliver a structured 35-slide brand audit framework with insights and recommendations.
  • Customize audit findings for each prospective client while maintaining an efficient, repeatable process.
  • Develop recommendations for growth levers, storefront optimization, advertising strategy, pricing, profitability, and brand positioning on Amazon.
  • Continuously improve and refine the audit model and supporting workflows.
  • Build scalable processes to support delivery of approximately 100 audits per year.
  • Identify automation opportunities such as dashboards, data pipelines, and templates.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Strategy, and leadership to align insights with pitch strategy and pre-sales conversations.
  • Translate audit findings into compelling executive-level growth narratives and support revenue operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace analytics, e-commerce strategy, revenue operations, or growth/performance marketing analytics.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong knowledge of the Amazon advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Experience with storefront optimization.
  • Experience with contribution margin and P&L modeling.
  • Strong data analysis skills; Excel or Google Sheets required and SQL preferred.
  • Experience working with APIs or large datasets.
  • Ability to translate data into executive-level storytelling.
  • Preferred: experience building a performance scorecard or audit framework.
  • Preferred: background in Amazon agencies or aggregators.
  • Preferred: experience working in high-volume, process-driven environments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Preferred: basic understanding of automation tools and data workflows.
