Description

  • Analyze business needs from internal and external stakeholders, considering constraints and possible architectural solutions.
  • Review and provide expert assessment of client project documentation such as briefs, concepts, and related materials.
  • Align and reconcile requirements between stakeholders and other participants in the delivery process.
  • Design technical solutions and manage their lifecycle.
  • Model business processes and develop solution models.
  • Plan and organize solution testing with the client.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements and user instructions.
  • Prepare internal company orders required to perform work on IT platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst in IT projects.
  • Understanding of REST architecture and basic database concepts.
  • Professional knowledge of UML notation.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic SQL query skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to gather, formalize, and document business requirements within a project or task.
  • Knowledge of BPMN is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Project is a plus.
  • Experience with systems such as Billing, DWH, or similar is a plus.
