Description

  • Provide technical support for the BPMS (Business Process Management System).
  • Perform administrative tasks in the system, including error resolution, incident handling, system recovery, and user request fulfillment.
  • Configure the BPMS platform.
  • Create operational reports from the Oracle database.
  • Develop macro commands to automate system processes.
  • Set up monitoring metrics and oversee system backup and recovery execution.
  • Install and test new system patches.
  • Work with system developers and track completion of assigned development tasks.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving and developing the system.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT.
  • Understanding of how enterprise automated management systems function.
  • Linux OS administration skills, including bash scripting.
  • Experience configuring BPMS systems or knowledge of C/C++ and bash scripting.
  • PL/SQL skills, including writing scripts and procedures.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level.
  • Experience with Oracle database reporting is implied by the role.
  • Preferred experience working on system development or support projects.
