Description

  • Lead the development and scaling of Kraken’s agentic customer engagement offering across voice, email, SMS, and future channels.
  • Own the end-to-end portfolio of customer AI agents and influence the long-term product roadmap.
  • Design enterprise-grade AI agents with strategic clients based on their workflows, pain points, and goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer teams and internal domains on AI roadmap and business challenges.
  • Run iterative feedback loops with engineering to guide feature development from real-world customer needs.
  • Write and test prompt logic for specific customer use cases to ensure reliable performance.
  • Represent Kraken externally with clients and prospects and support key deployments.
  • Assess and manage technology partners and vendor integrations to align with Kraken’s technical and business goals.
  • Define architectural and product direction for knowledge and agentic design patterns.
  • Enrich and evolve Kraken’s core platforms based on new context and MCP capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience leading ambiguous, zero-to-one product initiatives.
  • Systems thinking across workflows, integrations, constraints, and execution layers.
  • Comfort working with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, evaluation frameworks, or ML systems.
  • Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams, ideally on ML-driven initiatives.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance customer value and platform leverage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Energy, telecom, fintech, or similar domain experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS is a bonus.
  • Experience building conversational AI products is a bonus.
  • Experience defining future user experience with AI in the loop is a bonus.
  • Experience shipping products that leverage reinforcement learning, evaluation frameworks, or continuous learning is a bonus.
  • Global product experience is a bonus.
