Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Clinical AI product area and its outcomes.
  • Turn strategy into a prioritized backlog and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver it.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Set detection strategy across structural heart disease, heart failure, AFib, and pulmonary workflows.
  • Work closely with Data Science/AI to shape algorithm development, validation, and clinical governance.
  • Partner with Clinical Affairs and Regulatory on FDA-regulated product development.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support go-to-market and adoption.
  • Engage clinicians, customers, KOLs, and physicians to ground product decisions in real workflows and build trust.
  • Represent Eko externally with clinicians and physicians to drive evidence and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced or clinical degree such as MBA, MS, MD, PhD, or RN/NP preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, or a demonstrated track record of Staff-level clinical product impact.
  • Deep experience in a clinical domain, with cardiology and/or pulmonary strongly preferred.
  • Experience bringing FDA-regulated or Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) products from concept to launch.
  • Experience partnering with data science teams on AI/ML products.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and point-of-care decision-making.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Clinical background or advanced clinical/scientific degree preferred.
  • KOL network or publication history in cardiology or pulmonology preferred.
  • Experience with clinical decision support or diagnostic AI preferred.
  • Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed digital health or medical-device company preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription business models preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement, CPT coding, and the provider/payer/health-system ecosystem preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
