Description

  • Learn client environments and the technologies used within them.
  • Support technology environments that include cloud and on-premise systems used in the legal industry.
  • Work with cloud solutions such as Microsoft, Mimecast, and NetDocuments.
  • Assist with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco.
  • Handle tickets assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
  • Incorporate Kraft Kennedy's C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars into daily work.
  • Collaborate closely with co-workers, senior technical staff, and other support staff in a fast-paced support environment.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising sophomore or junior in college.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and a related college major.
  • Very organized and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow-up.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
  • Some experience with networking hardware and networking basics is preferred.
  • Must live in the Denver, Colorado area to be eligible for the position.
  • Available for one of the listed part-time schedules, including Monday-Friday 10am-5pm or Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required.

Benefits

  • Hourly base pay of $17.00.
