Description

  • Lead and mentor Solution Managers and Solution Engineers to improve client solution design and ideation.
  • Support training and quality reviews for traditional MHE, sortation, conveyance, case storage, and AMR/AGV applications.
  • Develop ROI strategies for applied material handling solutions.
  • Analyze client data to understand business needs and design criteria for intelligent material handling solutions.
  • Develop efficient processes, including layouts, workstations, and material handling systems integrated with MHE and AMR/AGV applications.
  • Create capital plans that include equipment selection, scheduling, resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Develop KPI-focused applications and technologies to improve throughput, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Work with client leadership and operations teams to present solutions that improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices, and operator safety.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Services leadership and Client Account Executives to align solution designs with client goals.
  • Conduct WMS and WES software comparisons and present findings to clients as part of solution designs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience using and applying material handling technologies.
  • Strong team leadership and mentorship skills with an emphasis on trust, teamwork, accountability, and inspiring others.
  • Proven problem-solving and prioritization skills with the ability to complete assignments successfully and on time.
  • Ability to drive solutions and take accountability for solution progress and quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all management levels.
  • Ability to work with management on process evaluation and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate controls capabilities.
  • Experience with traditional MHE technologies, sortation, conveyance, case storage, and AMR/AGV applications is strongly relevant.
  • Experience with WMS and WES software comparisons is beneficial.
