Description

  • Lead and manage resident maintenance facility technicians and supervisors across multiple sites.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Manage support documentation, root cause analysis reviews, incident resolution, escalation, and schedule compliance.
  • Ensure contractual key performance indicators are met across regional operations.
  • Develop technician and supervisor training, performance reviews, and career progression plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and support regulatory and company compliance.
  • Manage contractual budgets and support P&L alignment through cost-saving initiatives.
  • Oversee operational effectiveness for launch or acquisition sites within the region.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance systems and administering a preventive maintenance program.
  • Experience with automation technologies such as AMR and AGV.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site operations and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office.
  • Technical ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be local to the region and available for on-call work, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform other physical duties as required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
