Description

  • Deliver assigned key client projects (typically 3–5) on time, within budget, and within scope to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and track milestones against deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve project milestones, maintain budgets, and safely deliver scopes of work that meet specified KPIs.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Develop risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize project impacts.
  • Prepare and regularly communicate project status reports to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, acting as a customer advocate to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Track project performance and financials, analyze completion of short- and long-term goals, and make budgetary adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration/Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • 2–4 years of project management and progressive leadership experience in large, multi-site settings; experience in e-commerce/retail distribution & fulfillment, software, automation, and/or logistics preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand automated system design drawings and layouts.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure, high-stress situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Strong business acumen with financial, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Staunch customer advocacy with ability to build relationships and establish trust at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented self-starter and problem-solver with demonstrated decision-making ability and positive attitude.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Willingness to travel to KPI Centers of Excellence, corporate offices, and project sites as needed (approximately 25%–50%).
