Description

  • Own cloud architectures end-to-end and serve as the senior technical counterpart on infrastructure decisions.
  • Build scalable, secure infrastructure for production systems.
  • Shape architecture standards and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute technical leadership without a forced management track.
  • Work on cloud-native platforms that support real-time data pipelines and AI systems.
  • Apply security and resilience principles by design across infrastructure.
  • Collaborate in small, cross-functional teams on real production systems.
  • Improve systems through continuous refactoring, fast feedback, and strong DevOps ownership.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in cloud or platform engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with a hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS, or OpenShift.
  • Experience with Terraform and multi-account cloud setups.
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps.
  • Understanding of networking, observability, and security fundamentals.
  • Experience building resilient systems.
  • Strong systems-thinking and clear communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in the EU/EEA/U.K. within approximately 3 hours of CET.
  • Low-ego, collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred: alignment with kindness, respect, and work-life balance values.
