Description

  • Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports across multiple business functions.
  • Analyze performance data across live commerce, marketing, product performance, purchasing, and commercial operations.
  • Monitor subscriber retention rates and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large data sets.
  • Provide clear, structured insights that support commercial decision-making.
  • Analyze data from multiple operational systems to support performance optimization.
  • Work with stakeholders across marketing, e-commerce, product, finance, and purchasing to understand reporting needs.
  • Translate business questions into structured data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of KPI frameworks across the business.
  • Help improve reporting efficiency through automation and better reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytics role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS, automations, and working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret business data across multiple functions.
  • Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis.
  • Fluent, near-native English at C2 level.
  • Comfortable analyzing data across commercial, marketing, and operational contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to investigate trends and ask "why" when analyzing data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical analysis and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools to assist with analysis, automation, or productivity.
  • Ability to work remotely in a structured, self-managed environment aligned with UK business hours.
  • Experience with NetSuite saved searches or reporting tools is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Shopify data and reporting is desirable.
  • Experience with iPaaS tools or system integrations is desirable.
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Domo is desirable.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or D2C businesses is desirable.
  • Experience analyzing live commerce or livestream selling data is desirable.
  • Exposure to data automation or workflow automation tools is desirable.
