Description

  • Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations that save time and reduce costs across the business.
  • Develop multi-step workflows that integrate Claude with existing systems and tools.
  • Design and implement agent-based architectures, including sub-agents and orchestration patterns, for complex business processes.
  • Build and maintain reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns.
  • Evaluate and implement automation platforms such as Make and n8n to create end-to-end workflows.
  • Document automations clearly, including logic, dependencies, and maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor automation performance and improve outputs based on quality and reliability.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across all departments for automation.
  • Design and deliver training programmes, guides, and coaching to improve AI adoption across the team.
  • Act as the central point of contact for AI-related questions, requests, and project scoping across the business.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable deep expertise with Claude across Chat, Cowork, and Code.
  • Proven experience using AI to automate business processes and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills for designing, testing, and iterating complex prompts.
  • Experience building agent-based workflows, including sub-agents and orchestration agents.
  • Experience training and upskilling non-technical team members in AI tools and workflows.
  • Comfortable with light coding, including APIs, JSON, and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts, including triggers, conditions, data mapping, and error handling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into automatable steps.
  • Strong written and spoken English with the ability to create clear documentation and training materials.
  • Self-directed and structured working style, able to work independently in a remote environment aligned with UK business hours.
  • Desirable: Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with other AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Perplexity.
  • Desirable: Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
  • Desirable: Experience in D2C or multi-brand retail businesses, or with e-commerce operations such as order management and inventory.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with MCP or similar AI integration standards, and experience building or managing Claude Projects, custom skills, or agents.
