Description

  • Manage client relationships across multiple levels, including customer leaders.
  • Develop project timelines, implementation steps, communication strategies, governance frameworks, and change management plans with Kodiak and customer leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of project deliverables.
  • Manage project scope against the statement of work or engagement letter and identify opportunities for change orders.
  • Anticipate internal and customer needs and adjust project communications accordingly.
  • Develop and manage internal project finance processes.
  • Support customer invoicing and billing processes.
  • Track project benefits and maintain customer ROI reporting.
  • Coordinate project meetings and related deliverables, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up.
  • Foster ownership of project outcomes and customer success across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field is required.
  • MBA, MHA, or MPH is highly desirable.
  • 3-6 years of relevant healthcare experience is required.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential.
  • Clinical or revenue cycle experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management, especially charge capture, is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of project management and/or revenue cycle processes is expected.
  • Professional certifications such as CPC, CCS, COC, CRCR, or RHIA are preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites as needed.
