Description

  • Lead the design and execution of roadmap enhancements for Kobie Alchemy® Loyalty Cloud product suites.
  • Gather requirements across clients and industry verticals to define scope and maximize feature reusability.
  • Manage the product backlog, including dependencies, priorities, sequencing, strategy, and business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the product development lifecycle to keep delivery on track.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to move projects forward and deliver product releases.
  • Provide visibility into work progress across releases and major product milestones for teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate product vision and purpose to gain buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
  • Advocate for platform standards and help build shared understanding across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software development.
  • Experience with third-party integrations via API and batch.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to translate concepts for both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to identify patterns and navigate complex challenges.
  • Loyalty product, program, or industry experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UX research and best practices is a plus.
  • PMI-PBA, CBAP, CSPO, or PSPO certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.
