Description

  • Deliver data-driven customer insights that support clients’ loyalty programs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy and Client Services teams to align on client goals and deliver results.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on deep analysis of complex client data sources.
  • Manage the performance and development of direct reports through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee customer data requests, including scoping, prioritizing, and guiding analysis and presentation work.
  • Develop data visualizations and narratives for internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of expertise.
  • Work with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop new tools, models, and data sources.
  • Create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions to strengthen attribution and improve KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.

Requirements

  • 6-9+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
  • Experience telling stories with data and influencing senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
  • Demonstrated success using customer segmentation techniques such as RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Python/SQL programming experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles preferred.
