Description

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for Contact Center hiring classes from job posting through offer and start date.
  • Partner with KCC hiring managers and HR as the main recruiting contact for hiring priorities, pipeline health, and weekly status updates.
  • Manage high applicant volume across Contact Center and corporate roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Use assessment tools and ATS filters to screen candidates, maintain clean candidate data, and support an efficient slate of qualified applicants.
  • Provide recruiting coordination support for global hiring processes as needed.
  • Maintain ATS integrity and identify workflow gaps in automation and vendor integrations, recommending practical improvements.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as screen-to-offer conversion rates, class fill rates, and no-show trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer brand and showcase Kobie’s mission, culture, and values.
  • Ensure candidates have a seamless, people-first experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate post-offer steps such as reference checks and onboarding activities in partnership with HR Operations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Tampa Bay, FL area; this is a remote role with occasional in-office collaboration.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience executing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and coordinating reference checks through start date.
  • Proven ability to fill roles on time while managing applicant volume, structured screens, and hiring targets.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates on recruiting timelines and deadlines.
  • Technically savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate stages and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously across different stages and ensure follow-up and milestone completion.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding steps after offer, including reference checks and background check monitoring, in partnership with HR Operations.
  • Experience using consistent, structured screening practices with scorecards and defined evaluation criteria.
  • Preferred: Experience with Lever as an ATS.
  • Preferred: Experience with Hiring Branch or a comparable pre-employment assessment platform.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting India-based or international recruiting processes with a global team.
  • Preferred: Comfort using AI-assisted recruiting tools to improve sourcing and screening efficiency.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a fully remote, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
