Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional security programmes with clear ownership of outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives across third-party risk, compliance and audit readiness, AI governance, and risk and control framework rollouts.
  • Set and refine programme cadence, including planning cycles, status reporting, OKR alignment, and decision logs.
  • Apply AI-enabled tooling to reduce manual work and improve the quality and timeliness of programme reporting.
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities in programme management, including status drafting, drift detection, and action tracking.
  • Run risk analysis, contingency planning, and trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain executive-ready status materials, including leadership updates, KPI reporting, and Board contributions.
  • Act as a player-coach for other programme managers by mentoring, modelling delivery standards, and creating reusable playbooks.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, GTS, Legal, and business operations stakeholders to keep programmes on track.
  • Flex into other security functions when strategic initiatives require senior programme leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a technical programme manager in information security.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team initiatives across engineering and security stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience scoping, planning, and delivering strategic and tactical security programmes.
  • Working knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and CIS Controls.
  • Project management and/or security framework certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001 are expected.
  • Experience building and tracking security KPIs and metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Practical experience with AI-enabled or automation-first programme tooling such as security GRC, TPRM, or continuous control monitoring.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage engineering leaders and executives.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with active listening and use proven project management techniques to drive results.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in equivalent security roles such as Security Delivery Manager, Information Security Officer, or Threat Intelligence Programme Manager is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, or Certified Fraud Examiner are preferred.
  • Exposure to AI governance, model risk, or responsible-AI programme work is preferred.
  • Knowledge of privacy legislation and regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR is preferred.
  • Experience with security and risk tooling in cloud infrastructure, hosting, and platform contexts is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $84,000 to $126,000 USD for US locations.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, based on eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, meetings, partner work, or industry events, with travel coordinated in advance.
