Description

  • Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from delivery shaping with Sales through implementation and long-term adoption with Customer Success and Partner teams.
  • Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives, identify risks, and translate outcomes into actionable technical implementation plans.
  • Define Statements of Work that clearly outline scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics for complex technical engagements.
  • Serve as the owner for key technical phases of the customer journey and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed outcomes.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and maintain visibility, accountability, and momentum across internal and external teams.
  • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans to keep enterprise projects on track.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert on the Klaviyo platform and surrounding martech ecosystem.
  • Translate customer business goals into technical and operational solutions that use platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Drive repeatable, scalable solutions by identifying patterns, codifying learnings, and feeding insights to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Provide informal coaching and mentorship to peers while contributing to process improvements and team enablement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-level projects or solutioning.
  • Proven success working with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams and departments in complex, often global, environments.
  • Hands-on experience with modern web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Node and Python.
  • Strong understanding of the martech landscape, including Email, SMS/Mobile, and CDP use cases.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrating SaaS platforms into complex enterprise tech stacks.
  • Ability to learn new languages and technical concepts quickly with minimal guidance.
  • Experience acting as a technical advisor or architect for complex implementations, especially in martech, CDP, or B2C CRM contexts.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Interest in experimenting with AI tools and workflows, with an emphasis on responsible use of AI.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $112,000 to $168,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Eligibility for equity and sign-on payments.
