Description

  • Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end from scoping through implementation and adoption, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
  • Define and help shape Statements of Work that clarify scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Lead consultative customer conversations to understand business objectives, surface risks, and turn goals into technical implementation plans.
  • Serve as the owner for key technical phases of enterprise projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and against agreed outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external audiences to keep projects visible and on track.
  • Anticipate project risks, create mitigation strategies, and adjust plans to support successful delivery.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on the Klaviyo platform and broader martech ecosystem, including data models, integrations, Email, SMS, and CDP use cases.
  • Translate customer business goals into technical and operational solutions based on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Design and prototype tailored, scalable solutions for customer and internal projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with urgency and communicate business cases for product enhancements based on customer usage.
  • Improve Professional Services delivery by codifying repeatable solutions, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining accurate operational updates.
  • Provide informal coaching and mentorship to peers while influencing executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-level projects or solutioning.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams in complex, often global environments.
  • Comfort articulating how Professional Services accelerate time to value and business impact.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with commercial clarity when proposing engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with modern web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Node or Python.
  • Strong understanding of the martech landscape, including Email, SMS/Mobile, and CDP use cases.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrating SaaS platforms into complex enterprise tech stacks.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience acting as a technical advisor or architect for complex implementations, especially in martech, CDP, or B2C CRM contexts.
  • Proactive, resourceful working style with strong ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Comfort maintaining operational rigor, including status updates, risk tracking, and time tracking, without reminders.
  • Interest in mentoring others and contributing beyond individual delivery.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Base salary range in the UK is £73,600 to £110,400 GBP.
