Description

  • Partner with global marketing leaders and the US-based CMO to develop the APAC regional marketing strategy and plan.
  • Own annual marketing planning, including budget management and headcount requests aligned to growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a regional marketing team focused on event, content, and partner marketing.
  • Work closely with APAC sales leadership to identify pipeline growth opportunities across segments.
  • Oversee the creation of regionally relevant marketing content and messaging.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that support revenue goals in collaboration with product and partnership teams.
  • Shape regional brand positioning and narrative across the Asia-Pacific market.
  • Plan and deliver local events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Lead customer marketing programs to support expansion and retention.
  • Collaborate with the global localization team to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Implement measurement frameworks and marketing technology platforms to improve performance tracking and capability.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience with scaled or scaling SaaS companies.
  • Proven success driving lead generation and customer expansion at scale in APAC, including Japan.
  • Strong experience growing, leading, and developing high-performance marketing teams.
  • Ability to use data and insights to build full-funnel marketing stories for enterprise, mid-market, and commercial audiences.
  • Deep understanding of regional APAC market nuances on a country-by-country basis.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment and managing cross-functional stakeholders, including reporting into the US.
  • History of expanding into new countries or territories.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without restriction.
  • Marketing-related degree or educational background preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise marketing, with commercial and mid-market experience also desirable.
  • Additional language proficiency preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $264,000–$396,000 AUD.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity as part of total compensation.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
