Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Lead technical engagement strategy for partner relationships and align go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Design and deliver technical workshops, certification paths, and training sessions for partner teams.
  • Support partner demos, sandbox environments, and custom proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to create technical blueprints, reference architectures, and co-branded solution packages.
  • Participate in the RFP process to identify good-fit accounts and develop assets that accelerate and position bids to win.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and technical leads across partner organizations.
  • Synthesize partner feedback and advocate internally to influence product roadmap priorities, APIs, tooling, and enterprise features.
  • Identify recurring implementation challenges and design scalable, reusable solutions such as integration frameworks, connectors, or diagnostic tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong architectural understanding of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Practitioner-level understanding of APIs, SDKs, iPaaS, data organization, and data movement.
  • Comfort navigating codebases, reviewing integration patterns, and discussing complex technical issues with senior developers.
  • Knowledge of several relevant domains such as marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), e-commerce systems, mobile applications, analytics, ad tech, and data science.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to navigate multi-threaded enterprise deals and familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently build technical roadmaps and enablement strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for onboarding, partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $156,800 to $235,200 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.
