Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise SaaS systems.
  • Spearhead SSO/SCIM implementations and complex multi-tool integrations and automations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, Security, Risk, Trust, and the IT Searchbar team on system performance and support.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for system-related issues.
  • Mentor team members and help them grow their scope and impact.
  • Establish team standards, intake and prioritization frameworks, and OKRs.
  • Build, maintain, and improve tooling, infrastructure, and documentation to support business needs.
  • Automate and improve workflows, escalation processes, and IT initiatives.
  • Implement new processes and evaluate and improve existing processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient systems and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to define problem statements, manage technical projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver results.
  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including IdP configuration, management, and maintenance.
  • Experience with Okta or Azure preferred for IAM and identity systems.
  • Strong experience with enterprise-scale networking, including routing, DNS, global office networks, and VPNs.
  • Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or other AI technologies into enterprise systems for automation or process improvement.
  • Deep technical knowledge in at least one additional domain such as corporate security, endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS administration.
  • Experience with scripting for workflow automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python; Python preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda is a plus.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and IT budget management.
  • Availability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for site-specific or business-blocking issues.
  • Experience designing automated security workflows with Okta Workflows or similar tools is a nice to have.
  • Experience scaling critical infrastructure in agile, fast-growing SaaS or tech environments is a nice to have.
  • Experience building custom tools and integrating systems via RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect is a nice to have.
  • Hands-on experience securing and managing AWS and GCP core infrastructure is a nice to have.
  • Experience with VPC, EC2, Security Groups/Firewalls, ACLs, and least-privilege IAM roles is a nice to have.

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $210,000 USD.
