Description

  • Lead a team of product marketers responsible for positioning and messaging across Klaviyo Marketing’s omnichannel suite and AI agent products.
  • Partner with Product Managers to represent customer, GTM, and market needs in shaping the product roadmap, especially for AI capabilities.
  • Launch new features and products into market, including new channels and agentic AI offerings.
  • Develop and refine Klaviyo’s point of view on AI-driven marketing and establish the company as a thought leader in B2C marketing.
  • Create core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement trainings.
  • Support Sales teams on strategic deals that require deep product expertise and understanding of B2C customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the GTM PMM team to tailor messaging and create sales plays for different target segments.
  • Coach and inspire the product marketing team to do high-quality, fast-moving work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Experience marketing to marketing buyers is preferred.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience coaching individual contributors.
  • Strong examples of positioning and messaging that differentiate a product or service in a crowded market.
  • Clear perspective on AI and the shift from AI features to AI that acts in marketing contexts.
  • Ability to create messaging, pitch decks, and other go-to-market assets.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketing automation software is a major plus.
  • Experience marketing AI products or agentic software is a strong differentiator.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
