Description

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events in North America with an emphasis on partner and agency-focused initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end event execution including timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate event materials and assets (booth setup, swag, printed materials) with Marketing and Design.
  • Manage pre-event preparation including attendee lists, internal briefs, and coordination with Sales and Partnerships.
  • Represent Kinsta at events, staffing booths and supporting partner gatherings and conversations.
  • Ensure accurate lead capture and timely post-event follow-up in HubSpot in collaboration with Sales and Partnerships.
  • Track event budgets and expenses and ensure alignment with agreed plans.
  • Collect feedback, summarize event outcomes, and produce reports to improve future events.
  • Support smaller relationship-driven events (agency dinners, co-hosted meetups) and assist with sponsored conferences and larger industry events as needed.
  • Improve event processes, documentation, and run books over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on Event Management experience (in-house, agency, or support/assistant role with clear ownership of events).
  • Proven experience managing in-person events in North America (dinners, meetups, conferences, partner events).
  • Experience supporting events end-to-end: planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, and Design teams.
  • Experience working with external vendors (venues, caterers, swag suppliers, booth builders, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events in parallel.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned events.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience required (lead capture, list imports, tracking, follow-ups).
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within North America.

Benefits

  • Salary range for US-based candidates: $60,000–$80,000 per year.
  • Remote-first, flexible work environment.
  • 6-month fixed-term contract with a workload of up to 30 hours per week (part-time).
  • Total compensation may include elements in addition to salary, to be communicated in the offer.
