Description

  • Own the organization-wide strategy for workplace systems and equipment, including lifecycle planning, deployment standards, and replacement schedules.
  • Manage backend administration for workplace applications and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Vonage, Adobe, ShareFile, Veonics, Iron Mountain, CDW, and Amazon.
  • Supervise, train, and prioritize the work of the Workplace Operations Coordinator – Asset Support, including performance management.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of workplace assets such as laptops, phones, printers, and shared office equipment.
  • Maintain accurate asset and access records, ensuring system integrity, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships for workplace equipment and systems, including service quality and escalation handling.
  • Monitor risks related to lost devices, data access, and system misuse, and implement controls to reduce exposure.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by evaluating tools, automations, and process improvements.
  • Develop SOPs, documentation, and training for workplace systems and asset workflows.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, office openings/closings, and other major workplace initiatives by coordinating equipment, access, and deployment processes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with IT asset management, including laptops, mobile devices, accessories, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience with basic system administration, account provisioning, and user permission management.
  • Experience with asset management tools and inventory tracking systems is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating across departments in a matrixed or multi-site environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with business software platforms such as Zoom and Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite tools including Teams and Excel.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel domestically 5-10% or less as assigned.
  • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required.

  • Salary range of $67,566 to $84,458 per year.
