Description

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing production of programmatic reporting across legal, psychosocial services, legal technical assistance, and field management functions.
  • Coordinate with the data operations team to develop data training resources and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with finance to develop and monitor spenddown reports across funders and support strategic program adjustments.
  • Review and edit reports to government and foundation funders to ensure grant compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate compliance monitoring and program assessment protocols and tools across program staff and the data operations team.
  • Partner with the Vice President to develop and maintain organizational standards for quality and performance.
  • Support field office programming by using reporting to identify solutions and operational needs.
  • Help develop documentation and training for field offices on government and other funding compliance.
  • Provide analysis and strategic input on new strategic efforts with the Development team.
  • Assist with renewal funding proposals, annual applications, proposal drafting, internal review, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor and active U.S. attorney license in good standing strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the immigration field, preferably with immigrant children or survivors of abuse, human trafficking, or other trauma.
  • At least 3 years of program management experience in a legal context.
  • Experience supervising and managing teams in a legal environment.
  • Familiarity with databases and using systems for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to field office locations as needed.
  • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required.

  • Salary range of $109,290 to $136,613 per year.
