Description

  • Review social media campaign performance and analyze metrics to inform recommendations.
  • Identify social media trends and suggest ways to apply them to campaigns.
  • Analyze user engagement and conversion data to assess the effectiveness of copy and community management tactics.
  • Develop an understanding of target audiences and how to reach them effectively.
  • Research online fan communities and recommend engagement approaches.
  • Build detailed reports and visual presentations from data and observations.
  • Create dashboards that support campaign reporting and tactical learnings.
  • Collaborate with accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level C1+ or C2.
  • Previous experience in a social media analytics role.
  • Previous experience working on social media campaigns in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of major social networks, their functionality, and the digital advertising landscape.
  • Ability to provide examples of using social media analytics to improve campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with creative storytelling and synthesizing channel insights for marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, including data cleanup, normalization, and strategic recommendation development.
  • Digital media agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, with rare weekend work.
