Description

  • Identify, prospect, and close high-value deals with major game publishers and developers worldwide.
  • Sell the full range of Engagement marketing services across the game lifecycle.
  • Use Keywords Insights to define player profiles and analyze the market.
  • Develop and execute social and influencer marketing strategies for AAA and indie titles.
  • Secure high-impact media coverage and manage community reputation through public relations and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with publishers to deliver trailers, key art, and digital creative content.
  • Build and execute a sales roadmap that prioritizes high-growth accounts and exceeds annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with marketing and publishing leaders at major game companies.
  • Work closely with global creative and production studios to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Represent the company at major gaming events such as GDC, Summer Game Fest, PAX, and Gamescom.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in business development, specifically in video games or adjacent game marketing.
  • Deep experience working directly for or with global video game publishers.
  • Strong insider understanding of how games are marketed and sold.
  • Deep knowledge of the global gaming ecosystem, including platform trends, player behavior, and the influencer and social media landscape.
  • A strong and active network within the North American games industry, including publishers, developers, and agencies.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to frame marketing services around ROI.
  • Self-starter with the discipline to manage sales cycles independently while reporting into global leadership.
  • Experience engaging with major game industry stakeholders and understanding publisher marketing needs.
  • Preferred exposure to international gaming events and industry relationship building.
