Description

  • Support and negotiate enterprise sales opportunities with global automotive brands, national sales companies, and large dealer customers.
  • Process variations to standard terms and conditions in line with applicable local laws.
  • Maintain standard customer T&Cs playbooks, Statement of Works templates, and internal sales templates and guidelines.
  • Support governance and documentation for Professional Services involvement in the sales cycle.
  • Advise on data protection, IT, and technology contracting issues for UK and cross-border deals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for ad hoc legal queries from business and Professional Services teams.
  • Liaise with external counsel in the UK and other jurisdictions for local advice, filings, or dispute matters.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of English and Welsh contract law and international commercial contracting.
  • Experience supporting the legal workstream for B2B software or technology deals from RFP through contract execution.
  • Working knowledge of UK contract law and data protection or privacy requirements relevant to technology and SaaS contracting.
  • Excellent drafting skills with fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate legal principles into practical guidance.
  • Sound knowledge of the key principles and risks associated with technology solutions.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders, including teams in the UK and other regions.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
