Description

  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle on Enterprise and Strategic opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery with legal buyers to understand workflows, pain points, and operating needs.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations for different practice areas and buying committees.
  • Translate complex product and technical concepts for legal and technical audiences.
  • Recommend the right combination of Filevine solutions, including LOIS, for each customer’s needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to create accurate talk tracks, demo flows, and use cases.
  • Support sales with demos, RFP responses, partner referral content, and conference or on-site representation.
  • Build and maintain demo environments for events and sales cycles.
  • Support pre-launch enablement and internal sales certifications and training.
  • Travel frequently for on-site discovery sessions, demos, and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • Senior practitioner with experience at the intersection of legal practice and technology.
  • Background as a mid-level associate at a leading law firm in M&A, litigation, or capital markets (preferred).
  • Experience as a legal operations veteran from BigLaw, legal ops, managed services, an ALSP, or a legal-technology company (preferred).
  • Experience as an in-house lawyer who has built or co-designed internal tools, automation, or knowledge systems (preferred).
  • Demonstrated interest in and fluency with legal technology and AI.
  • Knowledge-management work, innovation projects, or thought leadership in legal tech/AI.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across technical, marketing, and customer-facing audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and executive-ready presentation skills.
  • Curious, consultative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfort working in fast-changing environments where messaging and product evolve quickly.
  • Weekly travel expected for Enterprise and Strategic on-site requests.
  • Salt Lake City is the preferred base, though remote work is acceptable.
