Description

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the partner and maintain a clear understanding of the partnership strategy.
  • Track and manage the partner’s business goals and Keyloop goals tied to the partner launch.
  • Communicate risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to Keyloop leadership and the partner team as they arise.
  • Share ownership of project milestones and ensure progress is tracked.
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Update leadership on a monthly basis and escalate blockers, risks, and opportunities with a recommended path forward.
  • Coordinate across program management, product, engineering, alliances, professional services, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Influence internal and partner stakeholders to secure needed resources and meet deadlines.
  • Map leadership stakeholders across both organizations and maintain a regular briefing cadence.
  • Identify growth opportunities, support commercial expansion negotiations, and manage contracting and sign-off processes.

Requirements

  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and meeting goals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to understand, manage, and track business goals and project milestones.
  • Comfort escalating risks, blockers, and trade-offs with recommended next steps.
  • Baseline understanding of product progress, milestones, risks, and blockers; deep product knowledge is not required.
  • Experience working with strategic partnerships or account management in a launch and growth environment.
  • Experience supporting commercial expansion, negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
  • Experience using or willingness to be trained on AI tools to improve creativity and productivity.
