Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Retain and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives in partnership with sales.
  • Coordinate sales, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver aligned account strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that identify client goals, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to ensure product, support, and service delivery align with client needs.
  • Track account health and performance using data and insights to improve adoption and satisfaction.
  • Manage commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and revenue accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and improve long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing client accounts with a focus on customer success and business growth.
  • Proven account management experience, preferably within the SaaS or software sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience in automotive retail is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as solution selling or consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and account retention strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative, customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Comfort with commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and revenue accountability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the UK.
