Description

  • Own and grow the UAE / Middle East market and top industry segments as if it were your own business.
  • Build a book of business by prospecting and creating new opportunities within your territory or industry.
  • Run high-impact product demos that clearly demonstrate how SmartBox solves customers’ operational challenges.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Experiment with and refine outreach methods and sales pitch to increase win rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.
  • Manage and prioritize pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial ownership mindset who creates plays rather than just running them.
  • Resilient and resourceful, able to persist after rejection and find new ways to win.
  • Passionate about learning product details and showing customers how the product can transform operations.
  • Startup-minded: flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role.
  • Willingness to focus on and own the UAE / Middle East market (remote-friendly territory ownership).
  • Nice to have: sales experience in hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, first responder, or government services.
  • Nice to have: background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS.

Benefits

  • Base salary $40,000 - $55,000 USD plus uncapped commission, expected OTE $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
