Description

  • Develop health plan-specific provider contracting strategies in conjunction with the Director of Market Access.
  • Identify geographic areas and health plan or facility targets to support contract pull-through.
  • Onboard provider contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Support annual price increases through re-contracting initiatives as directed.
  • Use standardized contract templates and Pay for Performance strategies.
  • Maintain assigned payer contracts and create reporting matrices for each.
  • Work with legal and Corporate Network Management to update contract templates for contractual and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with provider panel and network adequacy requirements, including monitoring and reporting.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports tracking network adequacy compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize company financial exposure and adjust approaches as needed.
  • Assist the field team and RCM with complicated case pull-through.
  • Create and maintain a process for tracking required IPA training and coordinate training with relevant Kestra departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of national accounts sales or account management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of field-based experience in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiating skills with demonstrated experience in contracts and agreements.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work extended hours when needed.
  • Occasional domestic travel required, less than 50%.
  • Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Must pass post-offer drug testing in a drug-free workplace.
